Terms and Conditions: Mentos x Bauer – Tour of Bauer office & Hype Event Tickets Competition

  • Eligibility: The Mentos x Kiss Fresh Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Mentos, Bauer Media, and their immediate families.

  • Competition Period: The Competition begins on 29th August 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM BST on 2nd September 2024. Entries submitted after this period will not be eligible.

  • How to Enter: To enter the Competition, participants must comment on the official competition post on either the Mentos or Kiss Fresh Instagram or Facebook pages, stating who they would take with them to the Kiss Fresh studio tour and Mentos Hype Event. Only one entry per person is permitted.

  • Winner Selection: Two winners (each winning a pair of tickets) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will take place on 2nd September 2024. Winners will be selected at the sole discretion of the promoter.

  • Prize: The prize for each winner includes:

-A tour of the Kiss Fresh radio studio.

-Two tickets to the Mentos Hype Event on 4th September 2024.

-Travel and accommodation for two people. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

  • Winner Notification: The winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter the competition, by 5:00 PM BST on 2nd September 2024. Winners must respond within 24 hours to confirm their acceptance of the prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

  • General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  • Publicity: By participating in the Competition, winners agree to the use of their names and entry content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts and marketing materials, without any further payment or compensation.

  • Governing Law: The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  • Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Mentos, in partnership with Kiss Fresh, a brand of Bauer Media.

  • Social Media Disclaimer: This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Participants agree to release Instagram and Facebook from any liability related to the Competition.
